Digital Moisture Meter 

This meter is designed for measuring the moisture in lumber, bamboo, paper, medicine, and other wood fiber materials.

Parts and function : 

• Probe protection cap

• Measurement probes

• LCD display

• Reading / date "Hold" button

• Power switch

• Battery chamber cover

Measurement : 

• Turn power on, the initial reading should be "00%"

• Push the probe tip into the material to be measured about 5mm deep. The displayed reading is the moisture (in %) of the material

• Push "HOLD" button to read measured reading, at this moment "Gl" sign is shown. Push the "HOLD" button again to cancelled "Hold" function and continue the measurement

• After the measurement, turn off the power and put the probe protection cap back

Application notes : 

• Probe tip is very sharp, do not allow children play with it

• To avoid from injury, do not face the probe tip to other people

• This is high impedance test equipment, when use or store it, please keep it under dry and clean condition to ensure the accuracy of measurement

• When"ss" sign is shown, the old battery should be replaced by a new 9V battery

• Before put the meter in storage for a long period, it is recommended to take the battery out of the meter, in case the leaky battery damages the meter
