Description:

Mobile Shredder is a tractor operated agricultural equipment for cutting and shredding crop stalks to clear the field fast for next crop. Suitable for row crops such as cotton, castor, maize, chilly and other similar crops. Machine can be operated by any 40 and above hp tractor with dual clutch, attached to 3 point linkage and powered by PTO with 540/1000 rpm through driveshaft.

Feeding System

Feeding system built with two feeder drums with disc cutters for cutting stalks and two pressure roller drums, one with spring loaded swing type, designed for optimum and uniform feeding of material to shredding unit

Shredding System

Fly wheel with 6 blades in shredding system rotates @ 1600 rpm for more productive chopping. Paddles fitted on periphery of fly wheel gives added lift chopped crop so spreads evenly on the field or can be collected to a trolley even when its moist.

Heavy duty fly wheel bearings protected by special seals and lubricants keep out moisture, dirt and debris.
