CONSTRUCTION & SALIENT FEATURES
- Inner chamber, outer chamber and support ring are fully made of stainless steel (SS-304 grade).
- Heaters cover stand and carrier/bucket are made of Stainless Steel.
- Lid made of thick machined Stainless Steel plate.
- Radial locking lid ensures user safety and safe locking.
- Lid is fitted with Pressure Gauge, Spring Loaded Safety Valve, extra Safety Valve, Manual Exhaust Valve, Vacuum Breaker-cum-Purge Valve as a safety device and water level indicator.
- Drain Valve facilitates easy cleaning of the chamber.
- SILICON DOOR SEAL / GASKET.
- All internal joints are argon arc welded, ground and polished to give crevice free internals.
- Processor based Controller with time and temperature programmable by user.
- Class 'A' Platinum (Pt-100) sensor, enabling precise and accurate monitoring.
- Low water level alarm and cut off for safety of heater.

- Processor based Controller with time and temperature programmable by user.
- Class 'A' Platinum (PT-100) sensor, enabling precise and accurate monitoring.
- Digital input 6 PNP-11 to 30VDC and analog input 2 CH-TC/RTD/0-10V/0-29 (User selectable).
- 4 relay digital output and 1CH (0-10v)/0-20 ma Analogue output .
- Standard Validation Port for insertion of probes for external Multichannel Temperature Sensors / Scanners for validation qualification and documentation purposes.

- A Double Tier Password Data Security Lock for data security.
- It is very important to ensure that all the trapped air is removed before activation of a sterilization cycle, as hot air is a very poor medium for achieving sterility. Steam at 1340C can achieve in THREE MINUTES the same sterility that hot air at 1600C takes two hours to achieve.
- To enhance the high pressure sterilization at 1340C multiple/series of STEAM PULSES are carried out, through our SUPER SMART PLC+HMI, in which the chamber is alternately PRESSURIZED AND DEPRESSURIZED (THERMAL PURGING) to achieve a total STERILE CHAMBER ready to for actuation of Main sterilization process.
- Digital pressure indicator displayed pressure directly into main control panel.
