Water Sterilizer

The Super Water Sterilizer applies high temperature circulating water as its sterilization medium. By employing the spray type heating, sterilization, and cooling methods into sterilization, the equipment presents the items to be sterilized with an environment of high temperature and humidity. After a period of insulation in such status, the sterilization can be achieved. Thanks to the recycling sterilization medium, the equipment highly prevents medical materials face a secondary pollution. By providing counter-pressure in the sterilization process, the sterilizer has successfully protected containers, bottles and bags from blasting. The equipment features with a large temperature range (80℃~134℃) and ideal temperature uniformity. Applicable for sterilization equipment and devices for various large glass bottles, plastic tubes and soft bag liquid products with moisture and heat resistance properties. It has been widely used in pharmaceutical and other related projects.

Structure and Characteristic of The Equipment 

Body of the sterilizer:

• It is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB150 "the Pressure Vessel", and TSG R0004-2009 "Safety and Technology Specification for Fixed Monitor Vessels and related inspection procedures.

• Tank of the horizontal circular structure is made from S30408.

• Door sealing: Pneumatic sealing; both doors are interlocked and completely conform to the requirements of the specification.

• The equipment has standard GMP authentication interface and in line with the GMP requirements.

Sterilizer piping system:

The pipeline is designed with the best configuration. By employing imported parts and quality domestic brands into main components.

Sterilizer control system:

with the adoption of Siemens PLC plus Siemens touch screen, this system is easy to implement the program selection, parameter setting, equipment operation, report processing and other functions. It hasperfect safety measures. The F0 value and the temperature time gives double guarantee for sterilization. A single parameter control is also available. It has a perfect sterilization records.
