Absorbable Surgical Suture
Product Description
Highly demanded in healthcare industry by surgeons, eye-specialists and doctors, the offered Oryl PD Mono is known for its flexibility, fast absorbing rate and skin-friendliness. It is manufactured using polyester and poly (p-dioxanone) with the aid of advanced techniques at our premises. In addition, this Oryl PD Mono is useful in gastrointestinal, ophthalmic as well as plastic surgery.
ORYPD MONO (Polydioxanone) monofilament synthetic absorbable suture is prepared from the polyester, poly (p-dioxanone). Two important characteristics describe the in vivo performance of absorbable sutures first tensile strength retention and second the absorption rate (loss of mass). This synthetic absorbable suture has been formulated to minimize the variability of these characteristics and to provide wound support through an extended Healing period.
