Mobile Insect Storage System

An all new ‘VERSATILE’ space efficient, elegant looking, sturdy and compact system for insect storage supported with care, safety-privacy vis-à-vis being compact to accommodate large quantity in less space, easy to handle, convenient to monitor-sort.

The system contains Compactor units which can be arranged to suite your requirements, according to the space available and above all can be secured with a single lock.

The metallic compactor units made of mild steel with powder coated paint finish can be moved for handling the specimens and again joined to be locked only on the end unit and all units are secured. Showcases are arranged in rows of 20 each with two rows in each unit. End units are for 40 showcases whereas the intermediate units accommodate showcases back to back, i.e., 80 showcases and again the end unit for 40 showcases.
Intermediate units can be increased as per space requirement. There are options for showcases, metallic or wooden. Size options of 53x45x7.5cm. or 45x45x7.5cm. or 45x30x6.5cm. with pinning EVA sheet is base, provision for insecticide, puller knobs, index card holder etc.

Verstaile Insect Storage System.

Consists of four numbers of optimizers placed together. Anyone of the four can be moved to make space between two optimizers. Inside each optimizer, racks are provided for storing 40 numbers of insects showcases of size 53x45x9cm. or 45x45x7.5cm or 45x30x6.5cm. arranged in two vertical rows. In middle optimizers, storage space in back to back, i.e., middle optimizers  are for 80 showcase each and side optimizers for 40 showcases each. Optimizer body is in rigid knock down construction. Made of CRCA sheet and powder coated with epoxy polyester powder. Provided with Sliding glass  doors. Undercarriage is a welded frame of HR sheet. Bodies are bolted to undercarriages and these move on channels. Centralized all the units are brought together.

1. Showcase of MDF with plywood bottom and removable glass top in lined with 8mm thick EVA sheet and is glazed white from inside. Wooden batons with provision for insecticide fitted inside showcase. Glass top frame designed to make box air tight and pest proof. Fitted with index card holder and puller knobs.

2. For Pinning of Insects on Bottom White hardwood Teakwood  with glass in wooden frame on top & MDF Sheet bottom is nicely polished.Bottom lined with 8 mm thick soft pinning, washable EVA Sheet. Inside glazed white. Raised wooden wall with holes for insecticide inside bottom to make box air tight and pest proof. Fitted with brass hinges, index card holder & clips.

3.For pinning of insects both inside top & bottom. White hardwood Teakwood frame with melamine lamination on top & MDF sheet bottom is nicely polished. Top & bottom lined with 8 mm thick soft pinning, washable EVA Sheet. Inside glazed white. Raised wall with holes for insecticide inside bottom to make box air tight and pest proof. Fitted with brass hinges, index card holder & clips.
