U.V Viewing Cabinet

Technical Specifications:

This compact mechanism is designed for TLC plates up to 250 x 300mm. this is also suitable for observing either fluorescence or quenching of fluorescence with either short U.V(254nm) or long U.V (365nm) of column or paper chromatograms, bacterial or fungal cultures, plant specimen, documents or currency for genuineness or otherwise, orces & minerals & a number of other laboratory & investigative work

Construction:

External case is made of thick steel. Often with strong seamless welding & covered with a thick layer of epoxy based polyester paint, which provide a strong , highly scratch & chemical resistant surface. The black inside finish of the cabinet prevents any reflection of the U.V radiation, which protects eyes. This dual wave mechanism is provided with 1 short wave uv tube enveloped with precision optical filter, which emits mostly short wave uv of mercury line 254nm with high efficiency & a low pressure mercury discharge tube with black woods glass envelop  & a special phosphor coating inside the envelop to produce pre-dominantly long uv output 365nm with high efficiency. A florescence tube is provided on for the visible light. An eye protective glass window is provided on the top front for viewing the samples& inside Chamber
