FULLY AUTOMATIC ETHYLENE OXIDE STERILIZER MODEL WITH INBUILT PRINTER, JKA-2 SERIES

Mode of Operation: ETO sterilization can be carried out by two types one is gas mixture containing Ethylene Oxide + Carbon Dioxide which is normally available in cylinders and the other type is the Pure Ethylene Oxide available in cartridges of different capacities depending on the Chamber Volume.

Our USP: We have developed a WORLD CLASS CARTRIDGE PUNCTURING SYSTEM (our own invention), whereby the CARTRIDGES CAN BE PUNCTURED INSIDE THE CHAMBER UNDER VACUUM CONDITIONS, thereby eliminating the risk posed by Pure Ethylene Oxide.

We have also introduced a SEMI AUTOMATIC MODEL with almost fully automated functions (Sterilization & Aeration in same chamber) & the uniqueness of this model is that it DOES NOT REQUIRE COMPRESSED AIR FOR ITS OPERATIONS chamber capacities varying from 2.0 cu. ft. to 8.0 cu. ft. are available.

Our special model exclusively designed for CATH LAB having chamber depth of 54" (137 cms), can conveniently accommodate up to 130 cms long Cardiac catheters without BENDING or COILING thereby leading to its enhanced life and has become extremely popular.

Accessories: Sealing Machine, Chemical Indicators / Integrators, Packing material (Medical Grade Paper / ETO Grade Plastic) & Gas cylinders filled with EO + CO, mixture or 100% Ethylene Oxide cartridges. Continuous supply of all these accessories is assured.
