Our Autoclave made of Lid and container with six wing nut closing system

LID is made of L.M. 25 Alloy metal and stainless steel top with fitted Handle,Pressure Gauge, Whistle valve, Dead Valve (Safety) and steam Exhaust valve

1. LID HANDLE: Handle with attach stainless steel stud and Brass insert Backlight material.

2. PRESSURE GAUGE: Dial size 51mm Case Drawn steel case with powder coating  apaint. Cover ring chrome plated. Bourdon Tube Phosphor bronze/ Brass Tube. Dial Aluminum white back and black & red printing. Window Glass Thread 1/8" BSP Capacity 0 to 30 PSI

3. WHISTLE VALVE: Made of 1" Brass rod, spindle cape backlight and adjustable return stop. (Steam maintain Valve)

4. DEAD VALVE (SAFETY): It is made of 1" Brass rod full free movable for safety first

 CONTAINER 

• Container is made of May Metal 25 L.M. ring stainless steel cell, bottom and six wing nut for closing and gasket (Rubber ring) and side handle.

• Gasket (Rubber Ring) & (Silicon Ring): It is made of natural material. It is used to tight top lid between containers.

• Stainless Steel Cell : This cell is made of stainless steel 304 grade 1.2 thickness sheets. O.D. 12" x23" Length.

• Wing Nut (key): Wing nut is made of same material with fitted backlight round knob and M.S. Stud of 3 / 8" thread x 2" Length chrome plated.

• Bottom: It is made of stainless steel 304 grades and 1.6 thicknesses as necessary.

• Side Handle: Side handle is fitted with container Gunmetal ring. This handle is made to pick up autoclave when whole autoclave is heated.

Accessories 

1. Stainless steel made in square stand of 6mm round.
