Deep Heat Therapy
The general purpose of a deep heat therapy is to increase the extensibility of soft tissues, remove toxins from cells, enhance blood flow, increase the functioning of tissue cells, encourage muscle relaxation and help relieve pain.
There are two types of heat treatment Superficial and Deep. Superficial heat therapy applies heat to the outside of the body. Deep heat therapy direct heat towards specific inner tissues through Electric current. Heat therapy is beneficial prior to exercise, providing a warm-up effect to the soft tissues involved.
Contact methods of heating require, by definition, physical contact between the therapeutic agent and the tissues. Changes in temperature are the result of heat transfer through conduction, the resulting oscillation or vibration of ions and molecules or both give rise to the heating. Heating of deeper tissues is due to conduction within the tissues themselves as well as convection through the fluid (e.g. Blood).
Physiocare’s premium quality Deep Heat Therapy is used for warming of the muscles before using the slimming machine.(Body Shaper) It is a very effective machine when used with vacuum therapy and slimming Machine.
