Saviour Portable welding fume exhauster with single flexible arm having four layers of filter.

The four layer of filter consist of spark arrestor, gravity separator, main filter cartridge and activated carbon filter. The air flow of the welding fume exhauster is 2300m3/h and the filtering area is 15m2.

The power of the exhauster is 2.2KW which is 3 phase and 380V.

The fume exhauster comes with ABB motor. The body size of the exhauster is 650 x 550 x 1190mm.

The inlet arm has a dia of 150mm and the suction arm which is 2.5 M in length has an up and down movement and comes with 360° rotation for ease of adjustments in operation.

Filter Cleaning is done by Air Pulsing where it is to be connected to compressed air and is having sequential timer to control compressed air while cleaning.

Besides, you can also take cartridge out from cabinet, and clean it under eye-viewing.
