Description

“Agrowave” Regular Series Rotary Tillers with simple in construction but strong design are appropriate for medium soil conditions. Available in wide range of working widths to suit 25 to 55 HP tractors with Cat three point linkage. 
 
 It is fitted with standard “L”-type blades which produce a very fine tilth. Same rotor can be fitted with “C”-type blades which require less power and provide a coarse finish for better moisture penetration and retention which makes this machine more versatile for different crop, soil and applications. 
 The application includes: Soil conditioning, weed control, fertilizer incorporation, seedbed preparation and puddling in wet land. 
 
 Most suitable for large & medium farmers and field preparation for crops like sugarcane, cotton, rice, potato, wheat, vegetables and dry land crops.

• Multi lip oil seal at both side of rotors – positive sealing from mud and water

• 6 blades per flange, can accommodate both “L” & “C” type blades - very effective soil pulverization and fertilizer incorporation

• Heavy duty garden drive shaft with safety guard and shear bolt torque limiter – to protect the machine in the event of overload

• Adjustable depth skid - min. 10 to max. 20 cms. depth

• Powder coat paint – Excellent resistance to corrosion, maintains the machine in just-bought condition for longer period

• Heavy duty spring loaded adjustable trailing board – provides very smooth finish

• Adjustable lower brackets – to offset rotary tiller to cover wheel track or to reach field edges
