End plate design allows 5⁰ or 20⁰ slant when rack is set down on either side. Autoclavable tubes of media n the rack. While media is still hot, the rack can be set on bench at desired angle. Media will harden with a consistent slant. Useful for incubating liquid cultures on a slant.
