Cheese / Paneer Making Unit 500 Kg/Day

• The plant will comprise of Milk Reception, Chilling, Storage, Milk Culturing /Renneting/ Acidification System, Cooking, Milling, Moulding, Pressing, Brining, Packing and storage. These Units can process Cheddar Cheese, Mozarella Cheese & Cottage Cheese (Paneer). The plant will come with all the utilities like refrigeration, heating and electrical for our supplies only. The plant will have Mini Quality Control Lab also.
