• Inner cylinder is made of heavy gauge welded Stainless Steel Sheet.

• Lid is closed through nut locking arrangement.

• Working Pressure range upto 300 psi (21± 1kg/cm2).

• Temperature range up to 215OC.

• Highly accurate and reliable RTD (Pt-100) sensor for accurate temperature control.

• User settable Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller is fitted for automatic control with respect to time and temperature.

• User settable in-built digital buzzer timer in minutes for automatic control of sterilization time.

• Manual purging (exhaust of pressure) at cycle end, on sound of audio buzzer.

• Fitted with safety valve as a safety device.

• Fitted with vacuum breaker to break vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation.

• Fitted with Automatic Pressure Control Switch for double safety, in case Digital Temperature Controller fails.

• Provided with double safety valve protection.

• Fitted with a reliable pressure gauge.
