Sath Type Leakage Detection Sterilizer
This series high temperature pulsation vacuum sterilizer applies deionised water as its sterilization medium. With the internal high temperature deionised water circulation, it realizes sterilization by evenly spraying the processed deionised water onto items to be sterilized for a period. With a wide temperature range and uniformity, this equipment has successfully prevented the secondary pollution during the procedure. It ensures the scrap rate up to 100% by implementing means of vacuum and colour leakage detection methods. Applicable for equipment and devices requiring high temperature sterilization, leakage detection and cleaning processing for injection and oral liquid products contained in ampoule, vials and tube-type bottles. It has been widely used in pharmaceutical, medical, and scientific research projects.

It is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB150 "the Pressure Vessel", and TSG R0004-2009 Safety and Technology Specification for Fixed Monitor Vessels and related inspection procedures. -
Tank of the horizontal rectangular double-deck structure is made from S30408. -
Door sealing: Pneumatic sealing; both doors are interlocked and completely conform to the requirements of the specification. -
